How to use the Mini Kebab Maker 8 1/4" x 8 1/4" for prepping Spiedini, Gyros, Doner Kebabs and Arrosticini

• Layer your kebabs with your choice of meat and vegetables into the kebab maker cube leaving 1/2" space on top.

• Cover the cube with the perforated lid and use a metal spit to poke holes into the kebab mix for easy entry of the skewers. Soak skewers in hot water for about an hour and insert them into the poked openings.
