The Pacojet cleaning routine

Regular cleaning of the Pacojet is essential for maintaining the functionality of the device. In this way you prevent the cooking system from becoming infected with germs, ensure the necessary hygiene standards (HACCP), guarantee genuine taste experiences, ensure high product quality and extend the service life of the Pacojet. With the 2-step cleaning process, you can easily clean it without additional accessories. For the best possible cleaning, we recommend using the special Pacojet cleaning tabs.

Easy cleaning in two steps

	1 . Clean the knife holder, attach the Pacotizing® wings and splash guard, fill the Pacotizing® cup to the maximum fill line with warm water at 40-58 °C and add the Pacojet cleaning tab, attach the Pacotizing® cup and protective cup, start the cleaning process.
	2. Rinse with clear water.

The 2-stage cleaning process is display-guided on the Pacojet 4 and on the latest generation, the Pacojet 2 PLUS. With older Pacojet models, you can stop cleaning after two cleaning cycles have been completed.
