Can this cut bones and frozen meat? Does this have a built in measure to determine size of slices? Can this cut into big pieces such as 1 inch steaks as well as very thin pastrami slices? How do you sharpen the blade? How often does it need sharpening?
Yes, it can cut bones and frozen meat. No, it does not have built in measure. Yes, you can do 1 inch steaks but you cant do very thin pastrami slices. You can not sharpen the blade. Ones the blade does not give a clean cut, it is time to replace the blade.
