The GIANT is a 30-liter dual-cooling beverage machine designed for high-volume sales. Made in Italy, it features dual crystal-clear, shockproof polycarbonate bowls for 100% product visibility. Users can adjust the thickness of beverages using a temperature control dial, ranging from “Soft-Drink” to “Granita.” Engineered for continuous operation, it can be set to standby mode overnight and switched back to freeze mode in the morning.

Dairy-based Beverages:

To ensure a silky-smooth texture and prevent "buttering" (fat separation), we recommend using a mix with a total milkfat content of 4% or less.

• The Science: High-fat dairy (like Table Cream or Heavy Cream) can physically separate under the constant mechanical rotation of the auger. This creates unappealing "butter chunks" and ice crystals while also clogging the unit.

• The Solution: For the thickest, creamiest Iced Cappuccinos, use Whole Milk (3.25%) combined with a high-quality syrup or milk powder. This provides the "body" of a premium drink without the risk of separation.

A: Yes, it can. As with any slushy, as long as the sugar content is somewhere between 11 and 14% (Brix Level), then all these models are very capable. You can use a Brix Refractometer to measure sugar prior to freezing it.
