Create your own signature pasta with our pasta machine. These pasta extruders are ideal for restaurant and supermarket applications. Just simply load all ingredients into the hopper until the dough is extruded through the nozzle producing perfectly shaped pasta at any given time.
Important:
Cooling System – The back of the unit with the cooling system feature is equipped with water supply inlet/outlet. Connect the inlet with COLD water connection. Please note that one side to be used as input and other as a drain (Certified Plumber is required). The inlet/outlets are identical, and it does not matter what is used as the supply or drain, as the internal supply is just a loop for the head and die to be kept cold.
Cutting assembly included. Dies are sold separately.
