The interior is constructed with white pre-coated steel sheet for durability and easy cleaning, while the exterior is made of durable white powder-coated steel, giving it an attractive and long-lasting finish.

Equipped with two sliding glass doors, this cabinet ensures easy access and excellent visibility of your gelato offerings.  Four casters provide mobility and ease of positioning, allowing you to place this cabinet wherever it suits your business best.

Refrigeration System:

The cabinet offers precise temperature control with a range of -26°C to 0°C (-15°F to 32°F) through a digital temperature controller, ensuring your gelato stays at the perfect serving temperature. Powered by a compressor cooling system and utilizing eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, this cabinet is efficient and environmentally responsible.

The compressor is powered at 210W (1/4+ HP), ensuring efficient performance. It operates on 110V, 60Hz, single-phase electrical supply, drawing just 2A. Manual defrosting allows you to control and maintain the cabinet's performance with ease. Designed for N/ST climate class, this cabinet is suitable for a variety of operating environments.
