The Trento Automatic Bun Rounder is a great investment for any bakery or fast food service establishment. The unit is powered by a hydraulic machine with two cylinders for pressing, one cylinder for cutting and one for rounding. The unit has a control panel that allows adjustment of pressing, rounding and shaping chamber opening times. The unit can store up to 9 different programs and also has a knife cleaning button.
Bun rounding dividers are machines that cut a piece of raw dough into small portions and, using an oscillating plate, subsequently roll each piece to obtain balls of the same weight and shape, all in a few seconds. You can adjust the settings to suit your preferences and needs, such as the weight, and size size of the dough buns.
